  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in delivering (intermediate to advanced level) training programs on digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, digital technologies and emerging trends in the industry.
  • Previous experience of delivering Training Programmes through online platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Virtual Learning platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of participants.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt training content to meet the needs of different learning styles.
  • Ability to train basics of website/Google analytics.
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
  • Familiarity and knowledge of global/regional and local (Kenya) job market dynamics, in addition to industry connections in Nairobi is desirable.

  • Develop (intermediate to advanced level) comprehensive training/coaching curriculum and practical sessions covering various aspects of digital marketing such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Provide personalized coaching and support to participants to facilitate their learning and skill development.
  • Collaborate with the project team to organize networking events, guest speaker sessions, and industry panels to connect participants with professionals in the creative industries.
  • Facilitate mentorship opportunities and encourage participants to engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to facilitate job placements and market linkages for participants.
  • Implement regular assessments and evaluations to measure participant learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
